Melbourne Myer Christmas Windows 2021

Full of magic and nostalgia, this year, the Myer Christmas Windows explore Beatrix Potter's childhood story ‘The Tale of Peter Rabbit. The detailed set features 19 rabbits, 22 humans, birds, ducks, mice, goldfish and three thousand hand-crafted leaves, vegetables and flower petals in the intricate display. Perfect to explore with kids or on your own, the Myer Christmas Windows is not one to miss!

Melbourne Town Hall Christmas Projections

The already stunning Melbourne Town Hall has been lit up in a colourful Christmas display this December. Look on in awe at the projection show with five gorgeous adornments, complete with a Christmas countdown. Make it a night to remember and be sure to check out the additional light displays at Chapter House Lane and Hamer Hall too!

Vision Australia’s Carols by Candlelight 2021

Dust off your Santa hats, pack a picnic and bring your friends and family this Christmas eve to sing your hearts out at Vision Australia’s Carols by Candlelight. This beloved event turns 84 this year, with the night promising to be as spirited and captivating as ever. All of the funds raised at this event will go towards supporting children who suffer from blindness or are vision impaired. Get down to experience a night of joy and unforgettable live performances.

String Bean Alley Christmas Night Market 2021

Kick off the festive season at the String Bean Alley Christmas Night Market at Queen Victoria Market. Shop for unique gifts for loved ones under the starry lights of Melbourne’s favourite laneways. There is festive fun for everyone with fake snow, Christmas carollers, a giant gingerbread man to snap a picture with and even a special visit from Santa.

Christmas Festival of Lights 2021

See the magic of Christmas come to life with the 2021 Christmas Festival of Lights. Full of rides, food, decorations and fun, spread some Christmas cheer and attend Victoria’s largest light festival. Experience enchantment as you walk the 2km track, admiring the dazzling display of 2.7 million lights. A quick photo stop with Saint Nic himself in Santa’s cave is the perfect way to end a night full of wonder and amazement.
